Shipping Policy
Nightcap provides shipping services only within The United States, excluding United States Territories. Most shipments are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service. Should alternate delivery services be required for a special item or order, we will contact you directly with shipment details.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Shipment processing times may be delayed during times of high volume orders or postal service impacts that are outside of our control.
Please note, due to limitations in transportation options, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take three to five weeks for delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number you may use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nightcapshop.com with your name and order number, and we would be happy to look into it for you.
Return Policy
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us by e-mail to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
California Proposition 65 Warning
The following is a notice to residents of California regarding Proposition 65:
California’s Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels. Some of our products such as wallets, handbags, purses, clutches, clothing, jewelry or shoes made of vinyl or imitation leather may contain chemicals present on the Proposition 65 List. Some of our products such as garments with zippers and buttons, wallets, purses, fashion jewelry, and shoes may contain traces of lead. For other garments with the production of synthetic fabrics, washing of dyes and screen prints can also contain chemicals present on the Proposition 65 List as well. In accordance with Proposition 65, We issue the following warning to our California customers:
